A healthy sleeper changes his sleeping position up to sixty times a night (to avoid muscle and joint pain). The ability to change one’s position without being hindered is a necessary condition for a restorative sleep. The even distribution of pressure prevents pain in the body where there can be the greatest pressure (shoulders, hips, heels) and guarantees good blood circulation. The optimum temperature (neither too hot, nor too cold) and humidity regulation (absorption of sweat) should be perfectly adapted to the individual.
This SINGLE mattress integrates the technology of independent springs which is one of the most popular types of mattresses. The heart of the mattress consists of many independent innersprings enclosed in a cylindrical cloth, the pocket. Each innerspring is firmly packed with the adjacent springs. This technique enables the springs to move independently of others nearby. This complex technique makes pocket mattresses adaptable to the shape of the body.
The Euro-top refers to the top of the mattress or the mattress itself as a “euro-top mattress”. But what does this extra surface mean in practice and what does it offer to the body?
The Euro-top section, complements and enhances the unique sleeping sensation that the mattress gives with its luxurious foam materials and ergonomic design. At the same time, it extends the lifespan of the mattress because it protects it from moisture and wear while increasing its durability and maintaining its shape. Its main difference with pillow tops is that euro-tops are seamed firmly and beautifully around the main body of the mattress creating a slight slope towards the edges, and do not have the “squared” look or the look of an independent piece on top of the mattress. So, basically, pillowtop and eurotops are the same, with the main difference being their assembly method on top of the main mattress.

CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS:
For a better understanding of the technical characteristics of the mattress, we list some details to underline the quality of their construction.
The upper surface of the mattress is made of knitted fabric, while the lower surface is made of Jacquard fabric. Jacquard is essentially a type (a technique) of knitting. The name “jacquard” comes from Joseph Marie Jacquard, a merchant from France. Jacquard in the early 19th century invented a pioneering new form of loom. This new loom allowed the creation of designs during the weaving of fabrics.
MEMORY FOAM is one of the best materials for making mattresses. It was created in the 70s, but with the development of technology it is now one of the most important materials. It is a type of polyurethane foam that contains added compounds which change the way it feels. This gives it the “slow moving” properties that memory foam is known for. For example, it will hold your handprint for a few seconds when pressed. As with polyurethane foam, memory foam is made up primarily of compounds derived from petrochemicals.
There is soft foam on both sides, while ERGO FOAM is a flexible and hypoallergenic material with great durability. It has anatomical properties even for the most demanding body.
The Dacron padding is a white fluffy padding which offers anatomy. It is hypoallergenic and anti-microbial. In addition, it ensures proper ventilation, eliminating unnecessary moisture. It is a kind of polyester.
The layer of Feltron is a white and cotton-made hard pad that provides insulation and reinforcement between the springs and surface materials.
Finally, the heart of the mattress consists of 260pcs/m2 independent springs, while on all four sides of the mattress there is a layer of foam material for better lateral support.
Note that the mattress is single-sided, so you should not turn it over.
MAINTENANCE:
• Periodically expose your mattress to the sun for proper ventilation
• Leave windows open for 30 minutes every day to remove moisture, especially during the winter which is the main cause of mattress odor
• Do not bend the mattress because there is a risk of deformation and destruction
• Do not use as a “trampoline” by children
• Keep it dry
• Wash the sheets at high temperatures and iron them well to kill various microorganisms and place them dry on top of the mattress
• Do not iron on the mattress
• Protect it from liquids and clean it locally only with special cleaners
• The base of the mattress must be free of protrusions, curves, and bumps. It should be on a straight surface
