Description
MATTRESS POCKET SPRINGS MEMORY FOAM EURO-TOP, DOUBLE 150Χ200 CM SINGLE-SIDED, ROLL PACKING
The mattress- a means of well-being and relaxation.
A person changes the sleeping position up to sixty times a night (to avoid pain in the muscles and joints). The ability to change sleeping positions without any restriction is an essential requirement for a refreshing sleep.
Even distribution of pressure prevents body pain, where there may be greater pressure (shoulders, hips, heels), and guarantees good blood circulation. The excellent temperature (neither too hot nor too cold) and moisture regulation (absorption of sweat) is perfectly adapted to the person.
What you must have in mind though, is that hardness grade of a mattress should be adjusted to suit one’s individual preferences. So, bear in mind that various “scales” of hardness going around, do not necessarily reflect your own reality!
This mattress is anatomic and integrates the technology of independent springs which is one of the most popular types of mattresses. The heart of the mattress consists of many independent innersprings enclosed in a cylindrical cloth, the pocket. Each innerspring is firmly glued to the adjacent springs. This technique enables the springs to move independently of others nearby. This complex technique makes pocket mattresses adaptable to the shape of the body.
This mattress is delivered in roll packing, which means that you unfold it on your bed and leave it there for about 48 hours until it reaches its proper form absorbing air.
The Euro-top refers to the top of the mattress or the mattress itself as a “euro-top mattress”. But what does this extra surface mean in practice and what does it offer to the body?
The Euro-top section, complements and enhances the unique sleeping sensation that the mattress gives with its luxurious foam materials and ergonomic design. At the same time, it extends the lifespan of the mattress because it protects it from moisture and wear while increasing its durability and maintaining its shape. Its main difference with pillow tops is that euro-tops are seamed firmly and beautifully around the main body of the mattress creating a slight slope towards the edges, and do not have the “squared” look or the look of an independent piece on top of the mattress. So, basically, pillowtop and eurotops are the same, with the main difference being their assembly method on top of the main mattress.

CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS:
You can find the materials used in the technical characteristics section:
The surface of the mattress is made of knitted fabric.
Then there is a 3cm layer of the key feature of this mattress which is MEMORY FOAM. Mattresses with MEMORY FOAM are famous for being anatomical and they are pleasant to the body. It is a foam material whose softness is regulated by body temperature. It offers a total hug to the body for sleeping pleasure and returns to its original state/shape after each use. Density, hardness (soft, medium, hard) and other parameters, such as height, dimensions, etc., depend on the mattress you are interested in.
Then, there is another thick layer of 5 cm foam.
Below, there is a non-woven fabric which is a polypropylene fabric, non-woven, suitable for many uses. It is ideal for retaining mattress materials in the quilt and is recyclable.
Below, there is a layer of cotton padding. This is a natural cotton material. It is ecological and friendly to humans and has the ability to adapt to body temperature and at the same time to allow the ventilation of the mattress. It absorbs body sweat, it is gentle and offers a cool feeling in summer.
The heart of the mattress consists of independent springs 18 cm high, with a thickness of 1.8/2.0/1.8 mm in the center, while on all four sides there is a series of springs with a thickness of 2.3 mm for better lateral support.
Then, we come across a cotton pad and a non-woven fabric, as discussed above. (see the picture)
Keep in mind that the mattress is single-sided, so you should not turn it over.
MAINTENANCE:
• Periodically, expose your mattress to the sun for proper ventilation
• Leave windows open daily for 30 minutes to remove moisture, especially during the winter which is the main cause of bad smell
• Do not bend the mattress as there is a risk of deformation and damage
• Not to be used as a “trampoline” by children
• Keep it dry
• Wash the sheets at high temperatures and iron them well, so that the various microorganisms are killed and place them on the mattress dry
• Do not iron on the mattress
• Protect it from liquids and clean it locally only with suitable cleaning products
• The base of the mattress must be free of protrusions, curves, and bumps. It should be on a straight surface.
ADVANTAGES:
The pocket mattresses are adaptable to the shape of the body. They are especially effective when the mattress is used by 2 people and the movements of one person do not affect the other person. Suitable for overweight people. But this mattress, also has one of the best materials on the market in terms of being anatomical. MEMORY FOAM was created in the 1970s by NASA to replace the various technologies that existed until then in mattresses, and ultimately it remains one of the best choices you can make to enjoy your sleep!
